you have 4 choices :
each of them includes all parties entrance, in Studio Hop or in Muret
1) the full pass : lindy hop workshop + "cabaret" workshop + all social dance in the afternoon + saturday & sunday evenings : 120 euros
2) lindy workshop : lindy hop workshop in the morning + all social dance in the afternoon + saturday & sunday evenings : 95 euros
3) cabaret workshop : all cabaret lessons in the afternnon + all social dance in the afternoon + saturday & sunday evenings : 70 euros
4) just social dance : all social dance in the afternoon + saturday & sunday evenings : 45 euros
parties prices (if you don't have one of the 4 formulas) :
friday evening : 8€
saturday afternoon : 5€
saturday evening : 15€
sunday afternoon : 10€
sunday evening : 15€
Terms and Conditions:
- The festival schedule might be modified: in case the teacher's flight is cancelled, in case of his/her illness or injury... the schedule or the teacher of your class might be changed. No refund will be issued in this case.
- We cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of your personal belongings. Keep an eye on them.
- We cannot be held responsible for any injuries, so take good care of yourself... and others ;o)
- Respect the ballrooms: please keep them nice and clean and wear shoes suitable for dance floors.
- If you lose something in our facilities, we keep it for as long as one month after the event. After that, we will give everything to the salvation army or other.
- We cannot be held responsible in case your flight or train is cancelled for whatever reason. No refund will be issued in this case.
- We cannot be held responsible in case of your illness or injury before the event. No refund will be issued in this case.
- Cancellation Policy:
1) If you cancel your registration more than 1 month before the beginning of the festival, we keep 15€ (handling fee).
2) If you cancel your registration within 10 days and one month before the beginning of the festival, we keep 40% of the festival prize.
3) If you cancel your registration within the last 10 days before the beginning of the festival, no refund can be issued.
4) If your last minute cancellation is through no fault of your own: e.g. your flight is cancelled because of a storm, volcanic eruption or strike, we offer to credit you 50% of the festival prize for one of our upcoming festivals.
